Keeping Friday traffic in mind, please aim to arrive and be seated between 5:00-5:25PM for the 5:30PM ceremony. Arrivals after that period may not be let into the ceremony and will not be able to join the festivities until cocktail hour.
Formal attire is requested. For women this can be a floor length dress, an elevated midi-length cocktail dress, or a pantsuit. For men this includes a dark suit and tie - if you have a tux in your closet feel free to break it out!
We do not have transportation from the hotels to venue. All recommended hotels are in walking distance to the venue or we recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft.
Parking is provided at the Garfield Garage (13 W 9th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202). Pull into the garage on the lefthand side of the road and park close to level 5A. Bring license plate # information and the venue will assist you on validating parking. A walkway connected to the Cincinnati Club is located in the West corner. Take elevators to the ground floor. The event space may be accessed by the grand staircase or elevator across the lobby. When exiting that night or the following morning you must turn left, as it is a one-way street. The venue does not recommend guests backing into spots due to low clearance in some of the spaces. The rear cameras do not catch the low clearance and this has caused cars to back up too far and shatter their rear windows.
