Our ceremony will take place outside under a pavilion. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors with partial covering. Dinner and dancing will be indoors! All wedding day events will be at the same location.

Yes! We will provide shuttles to and from the Hotel 1620, Thomas Sea Suites, and the Hilton Garden Inn. Please check back to our website for the shuttle schedules as we get closer to wedding day!
Yes! The bride and groom will both be Souzas.
Guest may begin to arrive at 4:30pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.
Due to the capacity with our venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
There is parking at Pinehills Golf Club. Guests may park cars overnight if needed. We ask that guests use our shuttles provided or a ride share service if consuming alcoholic beverages at the reception. Thank you!
