We chose to keep the ceremony private so that we may have an incredibly personal and intimate experience that is for us to to cherish as a couple. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at our reception later that same day. We appreciate that our friends and family members would love to be there with us on this occasion, so we feel that this is the way we can make the best, stress free memories possible and still include all our loved ones.

Yes! We are asking our friends and family to dress up with us, and hope that you take the opportunity to get all gussied up! Please no casual garments such as jeans, leggings, t-shirts, etc. There are suggested colors to wear but they are totally optional. The colors are light pink, blue toned reds, muted and earthy greens like sage and forest, dark and light browns, and light blues. We are aiming for semi-formal level attire.
Yes, we do have a registry attached to our wedding website here on Zola. We are also registered on Amazon and Etsy. Any and all gifts are completely optional and deeply appreciated. We also appreciate donations made to non-profit charities in honor of us.
This was a rule that our venue had, not one that we personally specified for the event. That being said, beer, wine and cider will be served throughout the entire event.
Our venue is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Portland. The best way to get there will be via car. The couple will provide shuttle services going to and from the wedding at the hotel in Hood River. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to ride the shuttle, but you do need to RSVP for a spot on the shuttle. NOTE: Rideshare services like uber and lyft are NOT available in Hood River or Underwood, so please make arrangements ahead of time for your transportation.
Yes! Gorge Crest has space for up to 30 vehicles. You are welcome to drive your own car and park onsite for free, or you can contact the couple for more information about the shuttle service.
Unfortunately due to venue size limits, we are unable to include any younger children in either event. Please see the RSVP slots in our online RSVP section for the seats we have reserved in your honor.
Please plan to arrive as close to 4pm as you can. Our event begins with an open cocktail hour so if you're just a few minutes late, that's okay!
