Yes, Fern Hill Barn offers ample on-site parking for all guests. We'll also arrange transportation to and from the Wellsworth Hotel for your convenience.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM so we kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means we ask that all phones be silenced and put away once the ceremony begins. This allows us all to be fully present together, and it gives our photographer the space to capture beautiful moments that we'll be delighted to share with you. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like — we'd love to see them!

If we do not receive your RSVP by December 12, 2026, you will be marked as “Not Attending.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner, so we are unable to accommodate late RSVPs. This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day and there will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you.
