Cathedral Ledge State Park
A mile-long auto road leads to the top of 700-foot Cathedral Ledge where views across the Saco River Valley to the White Mountains can be enjoyed. The park can be also be accessed from hiking trails at Echo Lake State Park. Once on the top, a new accessible hiking trail leads to a view of the valley.
Kancamagus Highway
This is a 34.5-mile scenic byway that winds through the White Mountain National Forest. There are multiple lookout spots along the route. It connects North Conway and Lincoln, another cute town to explore.
Zeb's General Store
Another popular stop on a Donnelly-Godbout vacation. Candy, gifts, and lots of goodies. Don't forget to get a soda and a pickle! Check out the other stores and restaurants in Downtown North Conway while you're here.

A popular trail to see waterfalls and natural pools. A popular stop on a Donnelly-Godbout family vacation!
Mount Washington Cog Railway
The Cog is the first mountain-climbing cog railway in the world. In less than an hour, you’ll climb through three climate zones to arrive at the top of Mount Washington, 6,288'. You can visit the Mount Washington Observatory at the top and take in the scenic views!

Saco River
Depending on the weather, the Saco River is a fun activity to take a canoe or kayak out on through one of the rental companies! You will get dropped off at one location and then the bus will pick you up when you get to the pick up location. One of our favorites on a family vacation.
