How do I RSVP ?

If you are reading the FAQ you are in the right place! Select the RSVP tab on the home screen and add your name.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

April 10th is the deadline to RSVP! if you have not responded by this date you will be removed from the guest list. FYI there will be no contact prior to removing you on this date. We thank you for understanding.

Can I still attend the wedding if I did not RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

NO! While we appreciate the thought of attending, we will not be able to accommodate you. this is a plated dinner and your RSVP is needed for seating and meal preparation.

Is there a Dress code for the wedding?

Answer

YES! THIS IS AN ALL-WHITE EVENT, ALL WHITE FORMAL ATTIRE IS REQUIRED! NO EXCEPTIONS‼️

How to book your hotel stay?

Answer

On the Home Screen in the upper right-hand corner please click on travel. And scroll down to the bottom of the screen. click on the view tab. This will take you straight to the booking options.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

All guest need to be seated by 2:30 PM

What accomadations are there if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

Any guest arriving after the allowable seating time will not have entry into the venue, until the nuptials are over. (reception)

Will there be assigned seating at the reception?

Answer

Yes, once you receive your formal invitation and confirmed your rsvp status you will then receive a message Via (zola) after the rsvp deadline, to the contact number you provided with your seating number.

what are the parking options ?

Answer

The venue has plenty of free parking once on site, please follow the signs for venue parking

Will there be reserved seats at the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you are in reserved seats, you will receive a notification via (zola) confirming your seating status. And while we understand that some guest are arriving with plus ones the reserved seats WILL NOT!! be for your plus one. However, you will be seated with your plus one at the reception. Thank you for understanding.

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

If you do not receive a plus one with your wedding invitation, then you were not selected to bring a guest.

If i cannot make it to the wedding can i still send a gift?

Answer

You will truly be missed! but please use your rsvp option to decline attending so, we can plan accordingly. you will still have excess to the wedding website and registry if you still want to send a gift.

Will I be allowed to take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

NO!!! This is an unplugged ceremony There are no pictures or recordings of any kind during the ceremony, reception only!

Will guest be permitted to bring alcohol into the venue?

Answer

No alcohol is permitted by any guest attending the wedding! However, there will be an open bar and signature cocktails throughout the duration of the wedding.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

No! while we sympathize with guest who have small children we are not allowing any children other then the children that are in the wedding party to attend. We thank you for understanding.

Are gifts allowed at the venue?

Answer

Yes, gifts are allowed at the venue, however for convenience we would like for guest to utilize the registry so that gifts are sent directly to our home. We welcome all cards at the venue.

On the Home Screen in the upper right-hand corner click on the tab that says schedule then scroll down to the bottom of the screen. click directly on to map or the address. this will take you to the driving directions.

How to RSVP decline?

Answer

Enter your name on the RSVP page. Once your name appears push the select tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page. For edit RSVP options.
