All guests can call the hotel directly at 812.234.3400, reference the event date, and block code (MGW), to book their reservations. Guests will have until 11:59pm on 01/13/26 to book their reservations. We cannot guarantee an early check-in for guests on Saturday, 02/14/25. We strongly recommend out of town guests to arrive on 02/13, to ensure they have access to their guest room and plenty of time to get ready for the event.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS: Guests will call-in individually or by booking link to reserve rooms by January 13th , 2026. Any rooms not reserved by this date will be released to the general public. METHOD OF PAYMENT: All rooms will be paid by the individual and secured with a credit card at the time of booking. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation after that will result in a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
