2. What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 6 PM to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM.

3. What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal / Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen in suits or tuxedos, ladies in gowns or cocktail dresses.

4. Where should I stay if I need hotel accommodations?

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at The Inn at Fox Hollow, just minutes from the venue. Please click the Hotel Accommodations tab for details.

5. Is there parking available at Crest Hollow or The Inn at Fox Hollow?

Answer

Yes! Crest Hollow Country Club offers complimentary valet parking for all wedding guests. If you’re staying at The Inn at Fox Hollow, complimentary self-parking is available for overnight hotel guests.

6. What are the nearest airports?

Answer

JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), and MacArthur (ISP) are the closest major airports to Woodbury, NY.

7. Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors in the beautiful garden space. The cocktail hour will follow poolside, offering a relaxed and scenic atmosphere before moving indoors for the reception.

8. Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

9. Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you’d like to give us a gift, we’ve set up a cash registry. Please click the Registry tab on how to contribute.

10. Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, you’re welcome to take photos! We kindly ask that you silence your phones during the ceremony and remain seated, as our photographer will be utilizing multiple cameras positioned throughout the garden to capture the event.

11. When is the RSVP deadline, and how do I respond?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 21, 2025 using the form in the RSVP tab. Your timely response helps us finalize seating, catering, and other important details. To RSVP: Scroll to the RSVP section of the website. Enter the first and last name of one member of your party. If you're responding for a guest or your family, you’ll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page. Complete the remaining fields and click Submit. If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.
