First Deadline: Up to May 6th, 2026 to make 1st and 2nd deposits ($150 USD & 50% of the total room cost, respectively).
Second Deadline: Up to July 21st, 2026 to make final payment.
Final Deadline: Up to 45 days before the travel dates to send flight information for transportation.
