There is no entry fee at Pearl Harbor. Bags are not allowed however so there is a bag storage fee of $5 or more. So this may be a cost of visiting Pearl Harbor for you if you arrive with bags.  Tours are also available for as low $47. The tours are approximately 4.5hrs. Pickup is available from most hotels.
