There will be shuttles scheduled on Saturday, June 21st to get you to and from the wedding. o 2:45pm from DoubleTree hotel to Memorial Union o 3:00pm from DoubleTree hotel to Memorial Union o 3:15pm from DoubleTree hotel to Memorial Union o 10pm – 12am the shuttle will make continuous rounds from Memorial Union to the DoubleTree until all guests are back. **Guests can call (608) 251-5511 or text (608) 423-6884 to request a ride earlier than 10pm to return to the hotel. DoubleTree Guests will be able to call or text anytime daily between 7am-10pm to request a shuttle ride. The shuttle will take you to/from the airport or anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the DoubleTree hotel. Call (608) 251-5511 or text (608) 423-6884 to request a ride!

608-251-5511 We reserved a room block here under the Velazquez Wolfe Wedding (code VWW) and rooms will be $199 per night through the block and are available until May 30, 2025 (or until the block is filled)! This hotel is an 11 minute walk to the wedding venue (Memorial Union) or a 4 minute drive. The hotel offers a free shuttle for local transportation downtown or to/from the Madison airport from 7am-10pm daily. You can reserve from our room block by clicking VIEW below or by calling the hotel and mentioning the Velazquez Wolfe Wedding (code VWW). The hotel will continue adding rooms to our block as it fills. If the block looks full when trying to book online, call the hotel to book instead. I will add a note here if our hotel block is truly full!

This hotel is an 16 minute walk to the wedding venue (Memorial Union) or a 6 minute drive. Flight
This airport is closest to where the wedding will be - it is a quick 20 minute drive from downtown Madison. If you are staying at the Double Tree Hotel, call and arrange for their free shuttle to pick you up from this airport!

The Milwaukee Airport is about 1.5 hours from Madison by car or 2 hours by bus (check out the Badger bus to get from MKE to Madison).
Travel Note
The Badger Bus is a great way to get between MKE Airport and downtown Madison by bus. This is far better than Megabus, I promise. Tickets are ~$25 one way. The Madison stop you would want is "Madison - UW Campus stop - N Lake St", and the MKE airport stop is called "Milwaukee Airport (MKE)".
