Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have received a plus one on you invitation, then yes. if your not sure it will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

This event is 21+ please don't bring your children, unless discussed with the groom and bride or you will be asked to leave. There will be marijuana present and Alcohol, because of this we ask you to respect our wishes.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend to stay in Canyonville at either Seven Feathers or Creekside Hotel and suites. Roseburg is a larger city near by, also about the same distance to the wedding, and the hotels in that area that we would recommend are, the Hampton Inn, Best Western, or Sleep Inn and Suites.

Where is the venue?

Answer

We will be having our wedding at Katrina Grandparents property, we ask everyone to be respectful and the house itself is off limits. There will be signs to follow to know where to go. Cellphone service can be spotty please make sure to save the directions just in case. Venue Address is: 2485 Upper Camas Road Camas Valley, Oregon 97416.

-This is a Semi-Formal event, ladies please be cautious of what shoes you wear. This will be an outside event including being in a forest setting and grass. - Another note, Oregon can be unpredictable with weather, so please bring a light jacket or something to keep you warm if needed. The temperature can be anywhere from 48-80 degrees during the month of April. We will be following the weather to make sure everyone is comfortable as possible.

The parking will be in a field, we do ask our guests to carpool if at all possible.

Ceremony and Reception locations

Answer

The ceremony will be at the back of the property. Once parked we will be escorting the guests to the back and after the ceremony be brought back to the backyard for the reception. Both areas are not wheelchair accessible unless its a power chair. There will be no solid ground, we apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be providing smoked pulled pork for sliders and chicken legs. There will also be sides including: potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, corn and side salad. We will also have options for those that cant do gluten and are vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any other allergies.
