Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is Formal. Men will be expected to wear suit jacks with a polo or button-down shirt and dress pants or khakis. Women will be expected to wear a knee-length dress, skirt, or blouse and pants.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
The forecast shows that it will be around 110 degrees. All festivities except the ceremony will be inside. We will have hand fans provided at the ceremony. Please dress and plan accordingly.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Gold Canyon Golf Resort and Spa in Gold Canyon, Arizona. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can enjoy our flavored water station and cocktail hour in between the reception and ceremony.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Question
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
Guests can stay at the venue for a reduced rate. Please let Anne and Nick know ASAP if you would like to reserve a hotel room. We recommend staying at Gold Canyon Golf Resort or the Best Western on Kings Ranch Road.

What kind of food will be served at the reception?
Answer
We will have a seated, three-course dinner. Entrees will depend on your RSVP.
