We're getting married!

After Daniel returned home from the Army he spent much of his time at his good friend Brett’s apartment. It was there that Daniel and AnneMarie first met and began their story together. AnneMarie approached Daniel multiple times in attempt to start a conversation, but Daniel was very conservative and did not engage in much conversation since AnneMarie was involved with a friend of his (and he was very into his Halo game). After some time had passed and the two had a chance to get to know one another they realized they had won over each other’s hearts, and they knew that this was a relationship worth pursuing.

On October 28th, just three days before their two year anniversary, Daniel got down on one knee and asked AnneMarie to be his bride. Earlier that day, they went to their favorite restaurant Taco Azteca where he gave her another charm for her Brighton bracelet. They then returned back to her house to watch college football and take a nap. That night the plan was to go to Fish Thyme, their other favorite restaurant (yes, they love food). AnneMarie got ready and came down the stairs where her pup Chipper was waiting by the front door with another Brighton box tied to his collar. In the box was an engagement ring charm (at this point she still had no clue.. she thought he was just giving it as a 'we're getting engaged soon' gift). He then lead her to the back covered porch where there were cafe lights strung and a table set up with flowers, champagne, candle, and a ring box!! She of course said YES! They then met up with family at Fish Thyme to celebrate
