We know we said we'd only list things to do in Buckhead...but we had to list this one. The Optimist is our favorite restaurant in ATL (especially Ryan's), and only a couple of miles from the Buckhead area in West Midtown.
Great dinner spot for Tex Mex and margaritas!
Neighborhood American bistro at Chastain Park, our favorite is the AM Cafe after a walk at Chastain Park (coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches). There is also a full brunch, lunch and dinner menu in the main restaurant.
A Bean family favorite (especially Rachel!) with homemade Southern breakfast and lunch.
Inventive takes on Southern classics, including a popular brunch and a fun bar atmosphere if you want to go by for a drink!
Great local Italian cuisine nearby each of the hotels.
Old school American cuisine, with a great atmosphere for dinner.
A nod to Paris with its modern french fare, in the heart of Buckhead.
Local neighborhood eatery/bar in Peachtree Hills, with a great patio and food for everyone. One of our favorite casual lunch spots!
A tad outside of the Buckhead area, but worth the extra drive to grab a locally brewed Sweetwater beer and hangout at the brewery. If you are interested in checking out more breweries in the city, look into West Midtown and the Beltline area for more options!
Great park with walking trail, public golf course, and lots of restaurants close by!
Another public golf course in the Buckhead area if you have time to play - but, we also love the walking trail around the course and the restaurant at the course (Boone's). There are also tennis and pickleball courts as well!
Lots of different high end shops and fun places to eat or grab a drink (Southern Gentleman, Biltong Bar, Gypsy Kitchen, Le Bilboquet, Fado Irish Pub, Doraku)
