What should we wear?
Answer
Funky formal! Wear the sparkly colorful weird thing in your closet you never get to wear! I made a guest Pinterest board! Link is on the invite✨ For shoes, we recommend comfy ones — the grass at the bay has lots of gopher holes and the reception is in a mulched backyard, so wear your most fun comfy shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dusty!

Where should we park?!
Answer
Ceremony is at the bay! We recommend parking there and walking over to the reception afterward. Just keep in mind the bay parking lot gates close at 10:00pm, so if you’re planning to dance the night away (please do! 💃), we recommend Ubering, carpooling, or parking in the surrounding neighborhood instead. Our block will be closed for the block party, so no parking directly on our street. If you need assistance getting from the ceremony to the reception, please let us know! We can coordinate opening the barricade so you can get dropped off close by.

Where’s the registry ? What’s on it?

We’re mostly just so excited to celebrate with everyone! ❤️ For anyone who has been asking about gifts, we don’t have much on our registry because we kind of already have a lot of stuff 😅 We love traveling, going to the movies, and exploring, so we’ve mainly been directing folks to our honeymoon fund. We’re hoping to take a quick trip to La Paz after the wedding and possibly plan a bigger trip to Japan! Chairs ? Weird seating?

Awwww yes chairs 😂 As some of you know, we’ve been on a wild chair-collecting endeavor. For the ceremony though, we’ll mostly have quilts to sit on, with chairs reserved for elderly and disabled guests! So while we’re asking you to dress funky formal, keep in mind you might be sitting on the ground too 😂 Dress weird, dress cute, but dress comfy!
