We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 on our wedding day. Thank you for understanding!
Humberto Delgado Airport, also known as Lisbon Airport Portela Airport
The average temperature ranges from 72 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and around 57 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening. That being said, the weather in Portugal can be a little unpredictable so keep checking it to pack accordingly (Last October it reached 80 degrees)
-Your feet: Lisbon is an extremely walkable city! Just make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes that have some grip due to the cobblestones, mosaic tiles, hills, and stairs. -UBER is also a great option and is fairly inexpensive. It's a super quick way to get around the city. -Cabs: We've personally had positive experiences with cabs around Lisbon. You will probably need to take a cab from the airport to whatever location you are staying at if you don't rent a car. Some people say to look out for up-charging but we haven't experienced issues with that. -Metro: The subways and trams in Lisbon are safe and are a great way to get around the city! -Train: We would recommend taking the train if you're planning on going to Sintra as driving can get a little crazy. (You can also get an uber or cab to Sintra but please don't drive yourself)
If you are staying in the city of Lisbon or Sintra I would not recommend getting a rental car. You cannot drive in many areas due to the tight streets and alleyways and there is little to no parking. If you are planning to travel to different parts of Portugal or stay in the Cascais/Estoril area it is easier to get around in a rental car. Also, the venue does have parking if you wish to drive to the wedding.
