Garden party causal. It will be warm out, so for the ladies summer dresses or jumpsuits, for the gentleman dressy shorts and a button down shirt or polo. Don't forget to bring those dancing shoes!

What are you doing to ensure safety during COVID-19

Answer

• We are hosting our wedding outside and will take every precaution to ensure social distancing. • When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our beautiful nieces who will assist in applying hand sanitizer, as well as tell you about the evening events. • If you feel comfortable wearing a mask – please do so! We will also have some on hand if you need a spare. • We have two restrooms in which will be fully stocked with bathroom wipes, hand sanitizer, soap and paper towels. We will also have a designated attendant to clean the restrooms regularly. • We will have locations for you to sanitize your hands, as well as have multiple hand sanitizer on each table. • Our service staff at the bars and buffet will have gloves and masks to provide service to you. Additionally, at the bar we will always provide you a fresh glass.

What if we are not comfortable attending due to COVID-19?

Answer

We first off want to say that you and your family’s health and safety is our biggest concern and we are working hard to ensure we are all safe. However, some may feel uncomfortable attending a gathering. We completely understand. We just ask that as soon as you know you will not be attending – please let us know. You can change your RSVP on our website, or call/text Anne at 209.662.0897. The deadline for the cater is by July 10th, so if you could kindly let us know prior to this date we would greatly appreciate it. Again, we completely understand and thank you for considering attending our big day.
