House Or Rental
Many of the houses are near the beach, and walkable/bikeable to town/beach, especially if you are west of the river. It's fun to get a group together to share a house! A few names that might help your search… Kiwanda Shores is a community with some beachfront homes, but all easy beach access and great homes. Shorepine Village is another great community with homes, just off the beach, but with great boardwalk and biking trails, and safe culdesacs for kids biking/playing. Dory Pointe is a nice community east of the main road in town and often more affordable and some bigger lots. Still could walk, or drive and repark, at the beach. You can search airbnb, vrbo, OpenNest Rentals (formerly ShorePine Vacations), or Kiwanda Coastal Properties

Travel Note
Pacific City is five hours from Seattle/Bellevue, Two hours from Portland. We highly recommend travelling in off hours if possible! The coast from Seaside south to Pacific City is scenic, but will take longer than the inland route to Tillamook. There are wonderful beaches and small town within 45 minutes north and south of Pacific CIty to explore. See Things To Do for more ideas.
