What is the dress code?

Answer

Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits (or kilts!) and cocktail dresses. Service members are invited to wear Mess Dress or equivalent formal military attire.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expect warm summer weather in July- usually mid 80s with light wind and plenty of sun.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Mass will be indoors and the reception will primarily be indoors with outdoor access.

What are options for transportation?

Answer

Lyft and Uber are the easiest options between the hotel, church, and reception. Please allow 10-15 minutes for each ride.

What if I have food allergies?

Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. Otherwise, feel free to text or call us so we can adjust accordingly.

Is there parking at the church and reception?

Yes, there are small lots at each location.

What should I do between the mass and reception?

Answer

Between the mass and reception, you are welcome to take a break at the Prince Hotel which is centrally located between both locations. Alternatively, there are many restaurants you can walk to after the ceremony for happy hour. These will require a vehicle, but are our favorite happy hour spots on the way to the reception: Merriman's in Ward Village Earl's in Waikiki
