Maybe it was during the Peanut Butter & Jelly song, maybe it was while learning about Baby Beluga, what we do know is that sometime in this year, Anne and Harrison would have a serendipitous meeting that would mostly be forgotten for the next 15 years, but would forever change their lives. Have you ever walked into someone's house and seen a picture of yourself that you didn't know about? Anne expressed similar incredulity when in their senior year of college Harrison said that he went to Corlears Pre-school "No, you didn't..." When the two started dating shortly after college, it was clear to their close friends that two long lost soul mates had finally been reunited. Whether it was MCATs or startups, the two weathered it all, including a 4 year long-distance relationship while Anne was in med school at Rutgers in New Brunswick, NJ (if it requires NJ transit, it's long-distance...) The pandemic finally brought Anne and Harrison under one roof in Piscataway, NJ. The weekend bag became a month-long bag, while Netflix binges, home-cooked dinners, and tennis matches brought the couple even closer together (depending on who played well that day...) After signing their first lease together in New York, Dr. Levine started her residency, and Harrison started his company. The two finally felt that their lives together were beginning. They talked about their futures, and vacationed with each other's families - Harrison knew the time had come. Harrison proposed in Central Park to a very surprised Anne, surrounded by friends and family, and much smoked salmon from Russ & Daughters. The newly engaged couple is so excited to welcome you all to the next exciting chapter of their journey, their marriage at the Bowery Hotel on June 17, 2023.
