Question

What Covid-19 precautions will you be taking?

Answer

As of 2/7/22, we will be requiring all guests 12 years and older to be fully vaccinated. Please send proof of your vaccine status to cecelia.chapman@gmail.com by April 30th. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you have a PCR test within 72 hours of event or rapid test within 24 hours of the event. Please send test results to email given above by 2pm on 5/28/22. If the status if Covid-19 improves greatly before the event, we will re-evaluate these requirements. AS of 5/20/22, due to the higher rates, we highly recommend all attending to test the day of (home test is fine) and we welcome any who desire to wear a mask.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 6pm so please arrive by 5:50pm at the latest. You can arrive as early as 5:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus one's. Anyone who was on your invite is welcome to come (but must be mentioned in the RSVP)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure to let us know when you RSVP (by April 1, 2022) so we can inform the caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot for the venue across the street.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

Yes! However, if you’d like an “adult only” night out we completely understand. Just make sure to let us know the number of invited people attending from your household when you RSVP.
