What is the dress code?

Formal Attire Gentlemen, this means dark suits and ties. Ladies, mid-to-floor length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are the way to go. Fall in Nashville can surprise you with temps anywhere from the 40s to 60s, so dress sharp and be ready with layers.

Will wedding day events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! All Wedding Day events will take place at the Union Station Hotel in downtown Nashville. The Ceremony, Dinner & Dancing will be held indoors. Please note that cocktail hour will be held outside on the covered veranda. Outdoor heating is available; however, Nashville weather is unpredictable, so bring a layer.

Are children included?

As much as we love your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Guests must be 21 and up to join the festivities.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the Union Station Hotel. If you are choosing to stay at the Union Station Hotel, please ensure reservations are booked by October 17th, 2025.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking will be available onsite. There are also public parking lots nearby—but let’s be real, parking in Nashville can be a bit of a mess. We highly recommend arriving in style via Uber or Lyft to save yourself the hassle (and maybe enjoy an extra drink or two!).
