After growing up in the same city, going to the same high school, and even going to the same law school eight hours away from "home" in Tallahassee, Florida, and never paying attention to each other, when Cole realized we had both come home to Nashville, Cole asked me on a date on the first day of May in 2020 (it was actually mid-May but Cole insists this is the date). In October 2021, he proposed to me in Charlotte, NC when I thought I was on a trip by myself to see our good friends Celeste and Scott (who are amazing friends and also alarmingly good at lying for a good cause). On May 6, 2022, I will get to marry the man of my dreams. We are so excited that you are going to be there to celebrate with us (Or if you're not, just let us know. We're cool. Thanks!)

We love your children, but we are asking that this be an adults-only event due to venue capacity. The only children there will be the Groom's nieces. Hopefully you will have time to get a babysitter and get to have a date night with us to celebrate! We know this requires more planning- thanks for understanding.
