How long will Anna and Collin be in the Dominican Republic?

We will be there from 10/26-11/2.

What day should we get there?

Answer

We recommend arriving on on 10/27, the day before the wedding. The wedding will be at 4:30 on 10/28, so if you're flying in that day we request you arrive to our wedding by 4. You're also welcome to arrive on the 26th when we do!

It's entirely up to you, but there is a 4-night minimum to book with us.

What else can I expect to do there?

The evening before the wedding (10/27) we'll be doing a little meet and greet to say hi to friends and family who have arrived to the resort. After the wedding, we're planning to do a catamaran cruise (10/29) with everyone who would like to join. And on Halloween (10/31), we'll be doing a themed night.

Should I get the travel protection?

Answer

Entirely up to you! It covers medical expenses and is $105. So, maybe get it if you plan to zip line? Maybe if you accidentally drink the water?...Do try to only have water bottles.

What should I wear?

Answer

Beach semi-formal attire. Men can wear dress pants or chinos, a collared shirt, and/or a blazer or sport coat in a breathable fabric like linen or seersucker. For women, choose a light, flowy maxi dress, midi dress, or a dressy romper in a breathable fabric, paired with dressy sandals, espadrilles, or wedges. Avoid shorts, denim, cargo pants, and basic flip-flops.
