Travel logistics for out-of-towners
It means so much to us to have so many of our dear friends and family join us in Baltimore for our wedding. For those who are coming in from out of town, we've negotiated rates at five different hotels for the wedding weekend at a range of price points, ranging from $129 to $325 / night. All of these options are either at our wedding venue itself or are a short walk or drive away, and will be convenient for the events on Sunday. Sagamore Pendry Baltimore
You can stay directly at the Sagamore Pendry, our ceremony and reception venue, for a rate of $325 + $35 fee per night. Click "View" below to book using our group rate. Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor
The Courtyard is in a modern and newly developed area near the Inner Harbor with a lot of convenient shops and restaurants. This is slightly further away from our venue compared to the other options. You should plan for a short five-minute car ride (i.e. Uber or Lyft) between this hotel and our venue; at night, we recommend taking a car. Flight
BWI Airport
Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is the closest to downtown Baltimore and is about a half-hour drive from the city. If you can't find a direct flight to Baltimore, there are two alternate options in DC: Washington National Airport (DCA) or Dulles International Airport (IAD). Both DCA and IAD are between an hour - an hour and a half away via car.
Train
Baltimore Penn Station
Baltimore's historic Penn Station takes you to the heart of downtown Baltimore and is about a 15 minute drive from our venue. Penn Station connects you to the Northeast Corridor (to Boston, New York, or DC) via Amtrak and to DC via the MARC regional commuter rail.
