While we love and adore your little ones, however, due to limited space we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children of immediate families and children of families traveling in from out of state. We hope you will still be able to make it but we understand if you can't.
No there isn't, but if you could we would like to ask our guest to wear brown (All shades). Come dress to impress! The cameras will be rolling to capture this special day with all of our favorite people!
Because capacity is limited, we had to be very selective and intentional with our guest list, so if your plus one is not named/found when you RSVP, we are sorry but we will not be able to accommodate if not previously addressed. Thank you for understanding!
Please RSVP by July 22nd 2024, We ask that everyone please meet the deadline. It is very important that you respond in a timely manner. Venues require a headcount deadline so please RSVP on time to ensure your seat is accounted for.
If after you have RSVP'd and cannot make it for any reason, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can accommodate others who would love to be present.
Ceremony will be held outdoors in a wooded area while the reception will be held indoors at the Crowne Plaza-Downtown Venue (Belmont Ballroom)
Please come at least 20-30min prior to get settled in. Ceremony and reception will start ON TIME!!

There are no smoking areas, but across the street maybe. No congregating outside on the streets or parking lot or we will be fined by the venue.
