American Airlines flies directly into Hilton Head Island! Alternatively, many other airlines fly into Savannah, Georgia, which is 40 minutes away. Rental car services and Uber are available at both airports.

Driving to Hilton Head from Buffalo takes 14 hours. If you are looking to split up the trip, Beckley, West Virginia is a town in between Buffalo and Hilton Head with many hotel and restaurant options.
