Our love story began in Philadelphia, back in 2013. Ann had the good fortune of befriending a fellow Arkansan during her time at Tulane, who just so happened to be saving her car from the marauding PPA in the midst of heading to a long-overdue reunion with John. Some flirtatious banter about the correct pronunciation of "mountain" ensued, an Ikea bed was built on free labor, and eventually John figured out that the key to Ann's heart was hand-drawn noodles. After that we were inseparable, discovering a mutual love of food, travel and (begrudgingly) Hippo. The rest, as they say, is history! Five years worth of memories later and we’ve hiked on 4 continents, moved across the country, and almost finished our medical training (just kidding). Two years ago John finally popped the question before we embarked on our cross country journey, with our future officiant capturing the moment hidden amongst the nearby hedges. We can't wait to make more memories with you as this exciting new chapter begins!
