We’re Getting Married

If you inquire about our journey, I'd describe it as a typical modern-day love story. Shane and I first connected on the Facebook dating app, seeking similar life goals. As our conversations deepened, so did our feelings. Distance was no barrier for me, as I was willing to drive any distance to see him. Taking a chance, I drove to Westminster, MD, to meet Shane in person for the first time. I remember sharing the details with a coworker, who advised me to stay safe and keep her informed – just in case of any unexpected situations. Luckily, everything turned out fine. We embarked on a long-distance relationship for a year as I resided in Sellersville, PA, with my grandparents. This phase allowed us to understand each other better and navigate the challenges of maintaining our bond. Eventually, we decided it was time for me to move forward and start a new chapter. In March 2023, I relocated to Westminster, MD, marking the beginning of a wonderful new chapter. Celebrating our two-year anniversary on December 11, 2023, little did I know that December would bring even more happiness and excitement. During the festive season, we visited Pennsylvania, where on Christmas Eve at Peddlers Village, Shane proposed to me. Without hesitation, I said YES! I am truly grateful for Shane and his family for entering my life when I needed them the most. This love story has been a dream I never thought would come true.

Annamae and I met on Facebook Dating. I had always never really had good luck with having good, long relationships. Did not realize Facebook had Dating App so I gave it a try. I had matched with Annamae on there, we lived 2.5 hours apart from each other, we had talked for a couple months till I had finally asked her out. On Dec 11, 2021. She had came down from Sellersville, PA to stay a weekend with me in my apartment in Westminster, MD. Our first date was an Escape Room, and dinner at Chili's in Hanover, PA. We had instantly clicked an had very strong connection to each other. We had been going back an fourth to see each other for a year before Annamae finally decided to move in to my apartment in March 2023. Everything has been great an amazing ever since she had moved in. December 24, 2023. Christmas Eve, I finally asked her to marry me. In all my life I would have never have thought I would make it to this point an something like this would ever happen. I'm glad I have finally met my person.
