Our Story
We're getting married... again!
Troy and I been together for about 7 years, 4 of which were long distance. We graduated high school together and in the fall of 2016. I decided to go to Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA and Troy decided to enlist into the Navy for IT and was stationed in Naples, Italy for 3 years. Together we decided to give long distance a shot.
During this time we connected every couple months for a few days. Our next chapter then began together as Troy was to be stationed in Washington state in 2021. We agreed we would live together for at least one year before considering marriage. Troy ended up proposing on January 15, 2022 exactly one year to the date we moved into our first apartment coincidently.
We ended up eloping on May 7th, 2022 at the top of Mount Erie in Anacortes pictured above. We wanted to finalize the paperwork as Troy was due to deploy to Iceland again for 6 months.
Now we want celebrate with our friends and family back home in Wisconsin!
