Our story began on New Year’s Eve 2023 which also happened to be Ryan’s 21st birthday. Neither of us knew that the night we’d ring in the new year would also mark the beginning of our forever. We started dating during my last semester of college. Just a few months later I moved to South Florida. Although it wasn’t easy, we spent the next year doing long distance, with Ryan making countless flights to come visit me. Every trip reminded us that no amount of distance could change what we had. After a year apart, I moved back to Auburn, where Ryan was finishing his final year of college. Being in the same city again felt like such a gift, and we cherished every moment together. Following graduation, Ryan moved back home to pursue his dream of becoming a pilot. He’s currently in flight school, and while we’re once again navigating long distance, we know it’s only temporary. On May 19, 2026, Ryan asked me to marry him, and without hesitation I said yes! Now we’re counting down the days until May 15, 2027, when all the miles between us finally come to an end. We’ll finally get to start our greatest adventure yet, building a life together as husband and wife. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!
