Due to limited capacity, we are asking for only listed guests to attend. We love your children, but we are unable to accommodate them at this venue. Thank you for your understanding.
There is a parking lot at our venue that holds 60 cars. However, there is a shuttle that is easily scheduled by calling Eagle Crest Guest Services if you are staying within the resort.
Great question! Weather depending, the ceremony will be outdoors, as well as part of the reception. (Gals, I would bring a jacket just in case!)
We are asking for anything between dressy casual to semi formal. With that being said, we hope to see you in whatever feels comfortable to you!
You are welcome to arrive anywhere between 4:00 - 4:15 to enjoy a drink, take in the views, and find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.
