Please RSVP by October 19th. We are collecting RSVPs through this website. When you click on the RSVP page, it will populate with a personal RSVP form.
There will be cocktails, light snacks, and dessert, but please eat dinner before.
We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event. We hope this will allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. Thank you for understanding and for being a part of our special day!
For Friday evening, the dress code is cocktail attire. For men, jackets or long-sleeve dress shirts (tucked-in) are perfect. For women, dresses, jumpsuits, or a dressy separates combination. For Saturday, the dress code is black tie optional. Guests are invited to dress in formal evening attire. While a tuxedo or evening gown is encouraged, a dark suit and tie or a formal cocktail dress are also appropriate.
Black tie attire is preferred (long gowns for women, tuxedos for men). But please don't feel obligated to rent or buy anything you don't already own. Cocktail dresses and dark suits are also great choices!
We ask that guests arrive at 4:00. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm.
Transportation will not be provided for Friday night. We recommend carpooling or taking an Uber/Lyft to the welcome party. On Saturday, shuttles will be available from each hotel to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. There will also be shuttles heading back to each hotel after the reception and after the after party. If you plan to take a shuttle, please let us know on your RSVP form. - The shuttle from the Proximity Hotel to the ceremony will depart promptly at 3:45pm. - The shuttle from the Hyatt Hotel to the ceremony will depart promptly at 4:00pm. - Shuttles will depart from the ceremony to the reception following the Bride and Groom's exit from the church. - Shuttles will depart from the reception at 10:00pm, 11:30pm, and 1:00am. These shuttles will stop at each hotel.
Dinner at the reception will be buffet style and will accommodate many dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free. If you would like a vegan entree, please let us know on your RSVP form. These entrees will be brought directly to your table. If you have a severe dietary restriction or allergy and are concerned about the buffet, please reach out to the bride and groom to discuss alternative options.
There is plenty of parking at both the ceremony and reception if you choose to drive.
The Greensboro Country Club has two locations: Carlson Farm Club on Hedrick Drive ("The Farm") and the Greensboro Country Club on Sunset Drive ("In-Town.") The Welcome Party is at the Carlson Farm location. The rest of the events (cocktail hour, reception, and after party) will all take place at the in-town location on Sunset.
The reception will wrap up around 11:30pm. For those who don't want the night to end, there will be an after party downstairs at the same location. Drinks, music, and dancing will continue until they kick us out at 1:30!
