Question
When is the RSVP Deadline?
Answer
We would love to know final numbers by Thursday, 1st of August. As it is a destination wedding we encourage you to look into flights, accomodation and travel plans early (we would hate for you to miss out). Please make sure to read each RSVP question carefully as we need to know numbers for different events of the weekend (there are 4 separate RSVP options).

Gifts
Answer
We truly do not need any gifts, your presence at our wedding is all we wish for! However if you really cannot resist, we will have a wishing well at our wedding.

How will I get to the venue?
Answer
You are more than welcome to drive, there is onsite parking (cars will need to be gone by 0930am the next morning, if parking up for the night). We are organising a bus from Cambridge to The Red Barn and it will return when the event is finished. As the venue is out of town on a working dairy farm, there are no taxis/Uber's available.

Where will I stay?
Answer
Our recommendation is to stay in Cambridge. Look at Airbnb, booking.com etc Another close town to the venue is Matamata (you will have to conduct own transport to and from here). If you decide to stay in Hamilton be aware that many hotels/motels have emergency housing tenants (and you will need own transport to and from the wedding). Ask Annalise or Jack for recommendations in Hamilton.

Where should I fly into?
Answer
Auckland International Airport is the closest international airport. The airport is a 2hr drive to Cambridge. There are plenty of car hire options, or there is a train and bus to Hamilton from Auckland. Though for ease, we suggest hiring a car. Hamilton has a small domestic airport as an option if flying from the south island.

What are we drinking?
Answer
We will be providing alcohol and non-alcoholic options for the event! The venue also offers spirits and cocktails, however these will be at your own cost.

Where will the Bride and Groom be?
Answer
We will be staying in Cambridge Centre, Friday & Saturday night (most places will be walking distance). On Sunday we plan to go out to Raglan and stay at the Raglan Sunset Motel (if booking at the Sunset Motel, email/call and say you would like to book a unit for the 24/11/24 HELD for Jack. This will get you a reduced price of $169/night - 22 units available, first in best dressed) The Raglan Holiday Park also has great options for accomodation (and close to the town centre). There are also plenty of AirBnBs.

Bubs in arms only
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we would appreciate it if you can organise alternative arrangements. However babies in arms are more than welcome.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we are trying to keep the numbers low and only have close friends and family attend. Therefore, no plus ones (unless they are invited).

What should I wear?
Answer
Formal/Black-Tie Optional Wear a nice suit, formal gown or cocktail dress. This is a chance to get as fancy as you feel!

What if I can't attend?
Answer
We recognise that this is a destination wedding and it is a HUGE ask for you to drop everything and come over. We both understand that everyone has very busy lives. There is absolutely NO stress, NO hard feelings, and definitely NO obligations. Just let us know if you won't be able to come, and when we are back in Australia we will organise a private dinner and a catch up!
