When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 10, 2026. This gives us enough time to finalize all the details and make sure everything is just right. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire! We’d love for everyone to dress up and celebrate with us in style. The ceremony will be outdoors, so keep the grass in mind when choosing your shoes. We can’t wait to see you all looking your best!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:15 PM so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:45 PM.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

We will have all you can eat pizza with salad and a variety of appetizers!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up guests from TownePlace Suites, Courtyard Marriott, and Holiday Inn at 2:45 PM to transport guests to the venue. After dinner, return shuttles to the hotels will run approximately every hour, with the final shuttle departing at 11:15 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

You are able to leave your vehicle at the venue until 10am Saturday morning, we recommend taking the provided transportation so your car is ready at your hotel in the morning!
