Let’s spend the afternoon together with a glass (or two)! All wedding guests 21 and over are warmly invited to a relaxed, come-and-go wine tasting on Friday, March 20, from 2–5 PM at Mathew Bruno Rutherford Estate in Rutherford. Together, we will enjoy a tasting of their current release wines in the heart of Napa Valley’s renowned Cabernet-growing region. Originally built in the 1890s, this historic estate offers a quintessential Napa experience—blending old-world charm with genuine hospitality in a setting once considered the finest home in Rutherford. Stop by for a glass, stay awhile, or pop in between adventures. Parking is extremely limited, so please consider ridesharing as the ideal choice. And for those who fall in love with the wines (you might!), Mathew Bruno offers a special discount on wine purchases for guests who join their wine club. Hosted by the Ruiz and John Rentz Families.

During the gap between the ceremony and reception, guests are encouraged to walk from the church to one of the many nearby tasting rooms. St. Helena Catholic Church is just a few blocks from downtown Main Street, which is one of the most walkable wine towns in Napa Valley. Many tasting rooms, cafés, and bars are within a 5–15 minute walk.

Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Have fun with your look, bright colors and bold patterns are encouraged!
9:00 pm - 10:30 pm
The party doesn't stop! Party people are welcome to join us inside the Harvest Room for more drinking and dancing immediately following the reception.
