The closest and most convenient airport is San Angelo Regional Airport (SJT). Please note that San Angelo is currently served exclusively by American Airlines, with flights connecting through Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). Because flight availability is limited and there are fewer daily arrivals and departures than at larger airports, we recommend booking your travel as early as possible. If flying directly into San Angelo doesn't fit your schedule or budget, you may also consider flying into nearby airports and renting a car. Abilene Regional Airport (ABI), approximately 90 miles away, is also served by American Airlines and United. For the greatest selection of airlines and flight times, Midland International Air & Space Port (MAF), located about 115 miles from San Angelo, offers service from Southwest, American, United, and Delta. For the easiest travel experience, we recommend flying directly into San Angelo whenever possible. However, Midland and Abilene are excellent alternatives and may offer more flexible scheduling options.
Chapel in the Vineyard, located at Christoval Vineyards, is approximately 15 miles south of San Angelo and about a 20–25 minute drive from most locations within the city. For guests staying in our reserved room block at the Courtyard by Marriott San Angelo, the venue is approximately 18 miles away and can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. The route is straightforward and provides a scenic drive through the beautiful West Texas countryside. Since the majority of hotels, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options are located in San Angelo, we recommend allowing at least 25–30 minutes of travel time when heading to the venue to ensure a relaxed and timely arrival.
