Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal. Keep in mind we’ll be spending time outdoors, so choose something comfortable for mingling and lawn games.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:45 to find a seat and get settled before the ceremony begins at 6pm. There will be live music to enjoy while you wait.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available onsite at Lauxmont Farms. Signs and attendants will guide you upon arrival. We will also have shuttles available to and from the venue to our featured hotels. We highly recommend utilizing them so you can fully enjoy yourself and stay safe. If you do park at the venue, your car must be picked up by 9am the following day.

Will there be a sit-down dinner?

Answer

Instead of a formal sit-down dinner, we’ll have food stations featuring Mission BBQ and appetizers. Feel free to eat, play, and mingle at your own pace. Plus, a food truck will be available later in the evening! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/ concerns

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception being both indoors/outdoors in the beautiful Rotunda space. In the case of rain, we will be celebrating inside.

Are children invited?

Please check with us directly. Our event is primarily for adults, we apologize for any inconveniences this may present.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, If you have booked at the Four Points by Sheraton York, we have arranged for a shuttle to help transport guests to and from the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, we’d love for you to bring a guest! If not, please check in with us first, as we’re finalizing our guest count with our vendors.
