No. All Guests Must Take the Shuttle to The Venue. Please plan to arrive at Clear Creek High School from 3pm to 3:30pm to ensure all guests make it to the ceremony on time.
Yes. The shuttle will take guests to and from the wedding ceremony/reception location.
The ceremony will be held outdoors. We will provide information about the weather forecast the week of the wedding so you can plan for the weather accordingly.
There will be signs throughout the location with the wifi password.
The shuttle service will run approximately every 15 to 30 minutes until midnight that Saturday. Make sure you give yourself about 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle ride back down to Clear Creek High School.
Colorado’s weather is unpredictable. While historically it has been mostly hot on that date, we would not know what to expect until the week of the wedding. Additionally, the temperature usually drops after the sun goes down; therefore, we recommend a light coat/jacket. More information on the weather will be shared the week of the wedding.

There is no service on the shuttle ride from the parking area to the ceremony. Neither is there service at the ceremony area. There will be WIFI available at the reception. Signs for the WIFI password will be posted throughout the wedding venue. Please plan accordingly.
The venue is in Evergreen at an altitude of almost 10,000 feet above sea level. Altitude sickness can be a concern in Colorado; therefore, it is very important that you drink a lot of water. At that altitude, you also want to be aware of your alcohol intake. Water stations will be posted throughout the wedding venue.
