FAQs

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by April 30th. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". We do need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope that you understand.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 pm, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park, walk to the ceremony space, and take your seat.

Question

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP.

Question

What Is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We kindly ask that our guests dress their best in cocktail (semi-formal) attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and that women wear a dress, jumpsuit, or blouse.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We love your kids! However, due to limited space and our budget, we respectfully ask that you do not bring your children unless indicated otherwise on your invitation. We hope that you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or to enjoy a night out to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements for your kids.

Question

Will the Ceremony Take Place Indoors or Outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will follow indoors. Please plan accordingly!

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony," meaning no phones or cameras out during this time. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do!" We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share photos as we receive them. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like before and after the ceremony!

Question

What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab as soon as possible so that we may plan accordingly.

Question

RSVP Issues

Answer

If you are having issues RSVPing, feel free to contact Kim Kogge at 614-314-0910.
