Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a few hotels nearby: The Hilton Garden Inn (near the airport): 330.966.4907 *We have a block booked under “Bui/Vanchoff.” They have a shuttle that provides transportation to and from Gervasi on the day of the wedding (last ride back to the hotel is 11pm). You will have to sign up at their front desk (ahead of time) for a time slot to reserve a spot on the shuttle and so they know how many people they’ll need to be transporting. Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We think the best way to enjoy the party would be to join us, kid free. Thank you! :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking located on site at Gervasi Vineyard. There is a parking lot located right outside the pavilion. Although, it is necessary to walk on a small brick path to the pavilion from the parking lot, the venue allows cars to drive onto the brick path to accommodate handicap guests and allow drop off directly to the pavilion. If staying at the Hilton, they provide transportation, so no need for parking! :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Hilton Garden Inn by the airport provides a shuttle to and from the venue, so it’s a great option for off site lodging since we have a block reserved. Please sign up for the shuttle at their front desk so they know who all will be needing a ride to and from Gervasi. Shuttle runs until reception ends at 11pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire will be semi-formal. Khakis or dress pants, collared shirts, tie and sports jacket optional. Sun dresses, maxi dresses, dressy sandals and wedges would also be appropriate. The ceremony and reception are outdoors so if the weather is cooler please bring a light jacket. We also encourage comfortable footwear.

Where on Gervasi grounds is the Pavilion

Answer

You can reference the gervasi vineyard website for a map of the grounds. The pavilion is near the main entrance. When driving on the main path, you’ll see the pavilion off to the left. It is right next to the pond. The parking area will be visible when you see the pavilion.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please know the gift of your presence at our wedding is MORE than enough, so no registry was created. We truly have more than we need in each other. However, for those of you who still would like to gift us something, we are accepting contributions to our honeymoon fund under the Registry link. If you know us, you know we love to travel. We hope to travel to Greece for our honeymoon when international travel opens back up! Thank you all for being a part of our day!
