We're getting hitched!

Eli and I met at church, we were both planning on going to New York City for a mission trip with our youth group. However, I was a leader and he was a student haha! Now before you go assuming, Eli started the conversation, I just simply kept it going! It was perfect timing though, he had just graduated from youth the week before we started dating, now you can't tell me God wasn't in the middle of this with the timing! All jokes aside though, I really do believe in the power of the Lord and His ordaining of this relationship and soon to be marriage. As we began dating I started to realize the nature of Eli, he was calm, caring, thoughtful, a goofball for sure, but he was also someone who had a deep reverence for the Lord. Once I got to uncover all the he is and was, I knew he was it for me and that I would one day be getting to write the story of us. While I could write about all the greatness that I like to think Eli thought of me, I'll let him do that! I remember exactly where I was standing and who I was talking to the moment I noticed Anna Grace for the first time. My words just stopped working and I paused mid sentence. The person that I was talking to was no longer confused when they realized who I was staring at, they said, "yeah that's Anna Grace, isn't she so pretty" I quickly agreed and thought to myself, I hope my wife is that pretty... It took several years to work up the courage to say anything to her, but once I did, we hit it off and we haven't looked back since! Anna Grace is someone who loves Jesus and won't let anyone or anything stop her from sharing His love. She's great at carrying a conversation and can make anyone laugh! I'm far beyond blessed to have her by my side and can't wait for what this new life holds for us! We hope you enjoyed reading about our story and got a few laughs out of it!
