It all started when Zach was late to the first day of school, sophomore year at GCU. He came rolling in and immediately saw Annabelle sitting all by herself. Zach remembered her name when she introduced herself to the class, and made it a goal to get to know her more. In Annabelle's mind, he was just another friend she could study with. Zach didn't mind as long as he got to spend time with her. As their friendship grew, Zach got the courage to ask Annabelle out on a date. Of course, Annabelle said, "yes, but it has to be fun, and no bowling. " That following Thursday, Zach picked Annabelle up and took her on the date of her dreams. But, she still wasn't convinced, and decided one date was enough. Her roommates (shoutout Avery and Mia) changed her mind and made her reach back out. He took her on a second date and continued to wow her. Her heart grew fond of this curly-haired boy. This is where their dating relationship started, and almost 4 years later, Zach popped the question and proposed to Annabelle. Now, another love story begins as they prepare for marriage and soon become one. The Lord has been so faithful through this love story. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
