The largest in area and most completely restored of California's missions. It boasts miles of hiking trails and historical recreations of mission life. Worth a visit in its own right.

Take a hike or swim at idyllic Jalama Beach, famous for its burgers, surfing, and laid back central coast vibe! Warning- gates open at 8am and the day use area fills up quickly thereafter.
Visit the historic mission and courthouse, get some great food downtown, or hang out with sea life by the pier.
