What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so please plan to arrive by 3:30 pm. This will allow for enough time to park and find a seat. The annual Apple Blossom Festival is taking place in Winchester this weekend, so there will be some traffic/delays.

Has a hotel block been reserved?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Winchester, Virginia. For more information, please refer to the "Travel" section of our wedding website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy/sensitivity, please make a note as you fill out the online RSVP form. We will notify the caterer of any allergies to ensure everyone can enjoy a delicious dinner!

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Some attire suggestions include cocktail dresses or a suit and tie.

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony and reception.
