FAQs

The Wedding Website of Noah Phillips and Annabelle Potvin
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate invited guests (names listed on this invitation).

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. During the ceremony, there is no expectation for silence from the littles, but our hope is that parents shift to the side or back if there is a prolonged noisy moment that makes it hard for others to hear. The venue has quiet space and outdoor space available. There is a private room for nursing if needed. There is no changing table in the bathroom, unfortunately.

Question

What's the weather like?

Answer

Gorgeous. Think 75-80 degrees in the afternoon / 50s at night. Mornings and evenings are chilly, so bring warm layers.

Question

Will the food be kosher?

Answer

Yes! Please note in your RSVP if you have questions or concerns about this.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

GPS will lead you to a small parking lot next to the venue. After the lot is full, please park along Navellier Street (the road that leads up to the venue). It's a short walk slightly uphill from the lot to the ceremony space.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Dress code for ceremony and reception: "Garden fancy." Think practical semi-formal or dressy casual that looks polished and colorful, while prioritizing comfort. Bring a layer as it will get cooler in the evening. The ceremony will have partial shade, but some seats will be in the sun. You might want to bring a hat and/or fan.

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

We'll be on grass outside, and wooden floors inside. You be the judge!

Question

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoors. The reception is indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Please and thank you!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will not be organizing a hotel room block. We live in a lovely, walkable neighborhood called Point Richmond, which has a few small-ish hotels—the Hotel Mac (~$160/night) and SureStay Plus by Best Western (~$70/night). There are also a lot of AirBnBs nearby. Please let us know in the RSVP if you would like us to connect you with other folks who might want to share an AirBnB.

Question

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing a shuttle, but both the wedding venue and the picnic spot have BART (commuter rail) stations within a ~5 minute Uber ride. BART info here: https://www.bart.gov/

Question

Who should I call with questions?

Answer

If possible, please email our wedding email: annabelleandnoahwedding@gmail.com This will help us keep track of questions and get back to you more quickly!
