FAQs

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Duhhhh. We all love to eat. We will be serving brisket, green beans, rolls, Mac and cheese, and more.

Question

Is alcohol allowed?

Answer

We will not be serving any alcohol at this event. Though we invite those to bring their own. The only thing we ask is that you keep it to a limit. We’ve all heard those stories of drunk people ruining weddings. While we don’t want to, we will politely ask you to remove yourself from the venue if things get out of hand. We suggest that you leave all drinks in your vehicle until after the ceremony is over. No one will be able to put their drinks inside until after the ceremony.

Question

Is there a smoking section?

Answer

While there is absolutely no smoking inside, you can smoke anywhere outside as long as you clean up after yourself. We ask that you throw your cigarette butts away.

Question

Gift registry?

Answer

In lieu of gifts, donations towards our honeymoon would be appreciated.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you’re seated and have signed the guestbook.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep this intimate and relaxed, at this time we ask that only those on the invite attend the wedding.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by October 15th so we can properly prepare for everyone.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Our bridal party will be wearing burgundy or a dark red. We want the bridal party to stand out on this day. We also ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or a similar shade.

Question

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you have not yet RSVP’d, kindly go to the RSVP tab and let us know you or whoever in your party cannot make it. If you have already RSVPd, let one of us know personally and we can change that for you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The event is semi formal. The ceremony will be outside while the reception will be inside. So keep that in mind!
