Accommodation:

Accommodation at the venue is limited to 50 people so with a guestlist of 80+ these places have been reserved for immediate family, bridal party & groomsman. We are in the process of reserving a number of accommodations offsite all of which are less than 15 minutes from the venue. These will be circulated individually in due course.

Transport:

If your offsite accommodation isn't walking distance, we will pre-book taxis to and from the venue across all 3 days. Taxi fare will need to be paid in cash - we will share costs as soon as they are confirmed.

Plus Ones:

Unless your plus one has been specifically invited please don't bring a guest. We are limited on space at the venue and therefore have to keep the guestlist to a minimum.

Children:

Groomsman & Bridal Party only. We appreciate it's not easy to travel abroad and leave your children at home, however due to the number of guests with children we're unable to invite them all. The alcohol is on us so spend your child-free time letting your hair down!

Ceremony Arrival Time:

Ceremony begins at 4pm so please arrive by 3:30pm at the latest. Food and drinks can be purchased at the venue from 11:30am so please feel free to join us onsite whenever you like.

We are hugely appreciative of you travelling all the way to Tuscany to celebrate with us, therefore we don't expect any gifts!
