July 8th, 2023. They go on their first date- the New England Aquarium. He liked the penguins. She liked the touch tank. Then, over coffee, they spent way too much time talking about The Lord of the Rings. Not even an hour after the date was over, they had already planned the next. One week later, he saw her off for her week-long trip to Europe. By the time she made it to Budapest, they both knew this was forever. The first year came and went. Now living together, they started thinking about what comes next. He saw her pets as his own. She saw his siblings as hers. Everything felt right. November 24th, 2024. He took her to the beach, right at sunset. She took her shoes off to walk in the sand. He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. He wasn't even finished asking when she said yes! April, 2025. On a whim, she starts looking at houses for sale. They end up falling in love with a cute little house. Only after they put in an offer do they find out that his great aunt used to own a house just down the street. They felt, more than ever, that this was meant to be. June 18, 2025. They eat pizza on a blanket on the floor of their basement. They just closed on their first home. Engaged, homeowners, deeply in love. What more could anyone want? Our life together has been a whirlwind, but we couldn't be any happier! We can't wait to celebrate our love with all of our friends and family, at our favorite place!
